Synoptek LLC, an Irvine, CA-based global IT management and cloud computing company, received a majority investment from Sverica Capital Management LLC.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the investment to continue to grow both organically and via acquisitions.
Led by Tim Britt, CEO, Synoptek provides companies with solutions to plan, build, and operate IT systems. The company offers IT consulting, managed services, cloud services, and on-premise IT management as well as 24×7 end user support via over 215 employees.
It has more than 400 active customers in the United States and abroad.
