Revolution Growth, the D.C.-based venture capital firm, added four new vice presidents.
These include finance and private equity industry veterans Kristin Gunther, Ashley Larson and Chris Hughes while Meredith Balenske has been promoted to vice president of communications.
Kristin Gunther joined from Perseus LLC, most recently as vice president, where she focused on working with the portfolio companies and their management teams on growth strategies, operating finance matters, and exit planning.
Ashley Larson joined Revolution Growth from ABS Capital Partners where she was a senior associate.
Chris Hughes joined from the Boston Consulting Group where he was a project leader in the Consumer and Retail practice.
Meredith Balenske joined Revolution in 2014 as director of communications. Prior to joining the firm, she was a vice president at Fleishman Hillard in its Corporate Communications and Technology practices, and the deputy director of communications at Bloomberg LP in Washington, D.C.
Gunther and Larson joined the firm effective November 30, 2015 and Hughes will join on January 11, 2016. All are based in Revolution Growth’s Washington, D.C. offices.
