Network Ventures, a Chicago, IL-based newly formed seed stage venture capital firm, is to raise its debut fund.
According to a regulatory document recently filed with the SEC, the firm is seeking $10m.
The filing lists Managing Director Jeffrey B. Maters, former vice president at Pritzker Group Venture Capital, as person related to the offering.
Maters previously worked as Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank and as Associate at BMV Capital. He also sat on the board of Snapsheet and Eved.
