Willowood USA, a manufacturer of generic crop protection products, received an investment from Denver based private equity firm Lariat Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company will use the proceeds to further expand its product portfolio and market expansion.
Led by Brian Heinze, President and CEO, and Vijay Mundhra, Co-Founder, Willowood USA is a manufacturer of post patent crop protection herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and plant growth regulators for the agriculture, turf and vegetation management industries.
