Anatwine, a global online fashion network, raised $12m in funding.
With the round, German-based Zalando has increased its minority shareholding in Anatwine.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its capabilities and its technical offering internationally.
Founded in 2013 by Chris Griffin, Founder, Anatwine is a technology and services company that integrates fashion and apparel brands with online fashion retailers globally. The network connects brands’ and retailers’ business systems through a single integration, enabling collaboration to create the optimal online stock mix; increase sales and sell through; and deliver enhanced brand exposure and customer experience.
Clients include top international retailers and brands including Adidas, Zalando, NEXT, Harvey Nichols, Fashion days, Reebok, House of Fraser, M&S, Superdry, ShangPin and Tmall and other fashion brands and retailers.
The company employs over 130 people in the UK, with offices in London, Cheltenham and New York.
