Led by CEO Joseph Ansanelli (who isĀ also a partner at Greylock), Gladly has emerged from stealth launching a cloud-based software for the contact center market serving B2C brands.
The solution provides contact center representatives with aĀ unified communication channel platform that spans across voice, email, chat, web, SMS, & social networks toĀ give them the tools to switch between communication streams from any device.
The solution also gives aĀ 360 degree customer view, including buying history, lifetime value, location, demographics, and other information needed to create a more personalized, engaged experience as well asĀ aĀ suite ofĀ analytics and reporting.
