iPug, an Australian digital health company now based in San Francisco, raised a seed and Series A funding round of undisclosed amount.
Backers included a network of New Zealand-based angel investors led by Hamilton-based property developer and investor Zane Beckett.
The company is using the funds to develop and launch the solution.
Led by Steve Huff, CEO and Co-Founder, iPug uses a mobile gamified, reward-based communications platform to deliver individualized public health campaigns, and recruit and engage participants in research studies and clinical trials.
