Point Judith Capital, a Boston, MA-based venture capital firm, has rebranded to PJC, effective immediately.
The transition to the PJC name – which reflects both the evolution of the firm as well as its vision for the future – is supported by a newly launched website, PJC.VC.
In addition to the rebranding, the firm has also announced the promotions of Matt Hayes and Mike Cunningham from Associates to Principals.
Previously, Matt Hayes was a member of the founding team at Teespring.com where he focused on seller growth, business development, strategic partnerships, and corporate initiatives. In the new role, he will focus on the firm’s consumer and enterprise technology investments.
Prior to joining PJC, Mike Cunningham was a member of EY’s Transaction Advisory Services Group where he worked with companies of various sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to startups. In the new role, he will focus on investing and supporting software, Internet, and technology companies in the consumer, enterprise, energy, and healthcare industries.
Founded in 2001, PJC focuses on making seed investments (as low as $250k) in consumer and enterprise technology companies.
The team includes David Martirano, Sean Marsh, Zaid Ashai, Mike Cunningham, Jamie Coutts and Matt Hayes.
