Mozio, a San Francisco-based ground transportation search engine startup, raised funding from JetBlue Technology Ventures, the venture capital subsidiary of JetBlue (NASDAQ:JBLU).
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company will use the funds to continue to expand operations.
Founded in 2012 and led by David Litwak, CEO, Mozio specializes in providing holistic ground transportation solutions to streamline the traveler booking experience to and from the airport, be it train, bus, shuttle, sedan, taxi, limo, water taxi or motorcycle.
The company, which has 65 employees in offices in SF, London, Argentina and Portugal, has raised 3.3M in venture capital from Veolia Transdev North America & JetBlue Technology Ventures. Mozio’s partners include major online travel brands like Booking.com, Hotels.com and Skyscanner and corporate travel brands like Carlson Wagonlit Travel, American Express Business Travel and BCD Travel.
