EasyVista Inc. (ALEZV:EN), a Paris, France and NYC-based provider of service management for IT organizations, raised $8.4M in funding.
Backers included Isatis Capital, Alto Invest and Conversion Venture Capital.
The company intends to use the capital for product innovation and growth in North America. Innovations will focus on enhancing and extending core ITSM capabilities to EasyVista’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
Led by Sylvain Gauthier, CEO, EasyVista provides a service management platform that automates and personalizes service delivery for employees and other end users, which is purpose built as a mobile-first experience.
The company currnetly serves over 1,000+ enterprises around the world across a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, higher education, technology, public sector, retail, manufacturing and more.
