Now Interact, a Stockholm, Sweden-based machine learning platform that offers omnichannel intelligence to enterprise B2C brands, raised $5M in Series A funding.
The round was led by SEB Venture Capital and Inventure with participation from existing investor Industrifonden.
The company will use the funds to continue investing in its platform, and expand the business to the US.
Led by Magnus Åström, CEO and Founder, Now Interact provides AI powered machine learning applications that use real-time omnichannel data – including online, contact center, telesales and bricks & mortar – to drive personalized customer journeys and accelerate the digitalization of sales and service.
The company works with innovative broadband, e-commerce, energy, financial services, insurance and telecoms companies including Centraal Beheer, ComHem, SEB, Folksam, Tele2 and Three UK.
It has offices in London, Amsterdam and Palo Alto.
